What is our shipping policy?

Shipping is free within Canada. International shipping has a CAD$10 base fee. Duties and taxes are not included and will be due upon receipt.

How long will my product get to me?

Canadian orders will take about 3 business days. International orders will take about 7 business days. Tracking will be available to all orders upon checkout.

What is your return policy?

1. We want you to be happy with the products. All unused products can be returned within 14 days after delivery at the customer’s expense. Used products will go through our company’s QC process before refunding. Due to Covid, there may be a 3-5 business day delay on orders that are not shipped directly from our warehouse.
